Fenner PLUS Chain

Fenner PLUS chain builds on the heritage and engineering experience of the existing
Fenner product range by optimising the benefits of several performance enhancing
features which work together to give Fenner PLUS chain the optimum combination
of tensile strength, wear resistance and fatigue life. When combined with Fenner
PLUS hardened tooth sprockets, this combination ensures high torque transmission
capability over an extended working life.

HRC Couplings

Permitting quick and easy installation by means of Taper Lock® bushes, and offering quick alignment, the semi-elastic general purpose HRC coupling is ideal for use with electric motors.

Rigid Couplings

Fenner SMSR - Shaft Mounted Speed Reducer

The Fenner SMSR PowerPLUS offers a rugged design and a 50% increase in the power to weight ratio over the older version. The PowerPLUS is more compact for easier handling and features an increased range of bore sizes.

Fenner Cyclo - Cycloidal

Fenner Spiral T - Spiral Bevel

The smallest drive in the range offers a compact and highly efficient right angle and T drive. The utilisation of spiral bevel gears within the lightweight alloy casing delivers low noise emission throughout the speed band.

Hygienic Geared Drives

In environments that demand an especially high level of hygiene or use aggressive cleansing agents that corrode traditional drives, the Fenner range of Hygienic stainless steel geared drives provides complete inter-changeability with any existing motor population for simple upgrades offering up to 15 times the service life.

The hygienic characteristics are further complemented by the smooth exteriors free from indentations and catchment areas to prevent the accumulation of dirt, speeding up the cleaning process.

Concord PLUS Banded Belt
